Refund policy

TWA - 3-Year Limited warranty (Worldwide). Godlyke, inc. guarantees to replace or repair (at their option) this product should it suffer from defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage is one (1) year for moving parts (pots, switches, jacks, tubes), and three (3) years for non-moving parts (IC’s, resistors, PC-Board, etc.). Damage Caused by accident, abuse, alteration, or misuse of the product are not covered by this warranty. Product appearance and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is NON-TRANSFERRABLE and applies to the original purchaser only. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Power-All – Lifetime Limited warranty (Worldwide). Godlyke agrees to replace or repair (at their option) this product at no cost to the user should it suffer from any defect of failure that is not the result of abuse or improper usage of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, alteration or misuse of the product, nor does it cover damage caused by normal "wear and tear" related to continuous usage (please contact us for details). This warranty is NON-TRANSFERRABLE and applies to the original purchaser only. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

 

Returns:

TWA offers a 30-day trial period for items purchased from our website. If within 30 days of delivery of an order you determine that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for credit.

If you wish to return any items for credit, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will not accept items returned to us without an internal RA# assigned to them.

Items returned for credit MUST be in “as new” condition and complete with all original packaging and accessories. Godlyke, Inc. cannot accept returns of blemished or otherwise used items or items returned outside of the 30-day trial period. Please note that all initial and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items returned in "new" condition, as specified above, require a 5% processing fee to cover all non-refundable credit card fees. 

If not returned in "as new" condition as specified above, require a minimum of 20% processing fee to cover all non-refundable credit card fees. 

If the customer prefers a store credit in order to apply it to the purchase of other items, we request that they specify this when requesting their return authorization number.

All sales final on any B-Stock item.

Cancelled Orders:

Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee due to non-refundable credit card and processing fees.

Cancelled Pre-Orders:

Cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee due to non-refundable credit card and processing fees.

Defective Merchandise:

We at Godlyke, Inc. stand firmly behind the quality of the products that we sell. All items sold via our website are tested prior to shipment to assure proper operation. However, if for some reason you receive a defective or malfunctioning item with your order, please contact us immediately at service@godlyke.com. We will attempt to help you troubleshoot the problem, and if we are not successful at this then we will issue you a Return Authorization number so that you may return the item for replacement or full credit.
